My purchase didn’t show up!
Usually, when you buy something in the game, it pops in right away. But sometimes, it needs a little extra time to make its way to you. Try closing and reopening the game — maybe it just needs a little nudge!

If it’s still not there, it might be finishing up on the backend, which can take up to 24 hours.

Once that time is up and it’s still missing, we’re happy to jump in and help! Just send us a screenshot of your receipt showing the date and transaction ID, and we’ll get on it.

👉 Important: If you bought it on an Apple device, you’ll need to reach out to Apple Support directly — they handle all their own store stuff!

 

🎮 I can’t make a purchase! Help!
If you’ve bought things in our game (or other games) before, check these first:

✅ Make sure your internet is steady — shaky connections can make payments trip up. Try switching networks if needed.
✅ Check if the app store is having a hiccup — sometimes they’re down for maintenance or just having a techy moment. Wait a few minutes, restart your device, and give it another go.

If this is your first in-app purchase, check:

✅ That your payment info is all correct — double-check those numbers!
✅ That your payment method is valid and not expired. You can peek at the supported methods on the Apple, Google, or Amazon help sites.

💸 Why was I charged more?!
You always see the final price before you hit “buy,” and it’s also on your store receipt. In some regions, taxes get added in, which can explain a little extra.

On iOS, multiple small buys might show up combined into one receipt, and sometimes receipts arrive a few days later — so it might look like everything hit at once, even if it didn’t.

If you’re sure you were overcharged, it’s best to check directly with the app store’s support team — they have all the details on purchases and local tax rules.
