Please remember that digital content you purchase and that is delivered correctly is non-refundable in most cases. But if you still want to request a refund, no problem — just follow the steps below!
📱 For Android (Google Play) purchases
If you made your purchase on Google Play and want to request a refund, please reach out to our Monsters: Blast Arena support team.
When you contact us, be sure to include:
✅ The reason for the refund
✅ A copy of your purchase receipt
How to find your Google Play receipt:
Go to pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
Look for your list of in-app purchases. If you don’t see it right away, click Actions.
Select the purchase related to Monsters: Blast Arena.
Click on the order to view your receipt.
Find your Purchase ID (it will start with “GPA” — example: GPA.1234-1234-1243-12435).
Send us that ID along with your refund request!
🍏 For iOS (Apple) purchases
Because of Apple’s system, all refund requests for purchases made on iOS devices are handled directly by Apple.
